Is your business running on workarounds?

  • Someone re-types orders from one system into another, every day.
  • Invoices go out late because they're built by hand.
  • One person knows how the big spreadsheet works, and everyone dreads their vacation.
  • Quotes take days because the numbers live in five different places.

Meanwhile, you keep hearing that AI is changing everything. You're right to wonder whether you're falling behind. You just don't have time to become a tech expert, and you're not sure whom to trust.

Two people you can actually call

It's unsettling to watch AI change the rules while you're busy running a business. We're Daniel and Geoff. We learn how your business makes money before we write a single line of code, and we put our own names on every project.

How it works

  1. Free operations review.

Thirty to forty-five minutes on where your time and money leak. You'll leave with two or three ideas, whether or not you hire us.

  2. Roadmap and fixed quote.

We map the workflow, estimate the payback, and quote a fixed price. No hourly billing and no surprise invoices.

  3. Build, train, hand over.

We build the tool, test it with your team, and hand it over. You own the tool and your data.

What we build

If your team does it by hand more than once a week, there's probably a better way.

Automations between your apps
Data moves between the software you already use without anyone re-typing it.
Dashboards
Your key numbers, current every morning, without the Monday spreadsheet.
Quoting and estimating tools
Accurate quotes in minutes instead of days.
Client and vendor portals
Fewer "just checking in" emails and phone calls.
Document and invoice processing
Paperwork read, sorted and entered for you, with a person checking the exceptions.
Custom internal apps
One reliable tool in place of a tangle of spreadsheets.

Our promises

  • A fixed price before we start. You approve the scope and the price in writing.
  • Plain English. No jargon, and no question is too basic.
  • You own it. The tool and your data are yours.
  • It does what we agreed, or we fix it. At no extra cost.
  • We'll tell you when you don't need us. If an off-the-shelf tool will do the job, we'll say so.

What it costs

Most projects fall between $2,500 and $30,000, quoted as a fixed price before work starts. We aim for tools that pay for themselves within six months.

The cost of waiting

Every week a manual process stays manual, you pay for it in staff hours, errors and slower service. Your competitors are figuring this out too.

What changes

Your team gets hours back every week. Fewer errors, faster invoices, and a business that doesn't need you in every detail.

Questions owners ask us

Do I need to understand AI to work with you?

No. You know your business; we handle the technology and explain it in plain English.

Why not just buy off-the-shelf software?

Sometimes you should, and we'll tell you when. We build when your work doesn't fit a product, or when the products you already own don't talk to each other.

Who owns what you build?

You do: the tool, the code and your data.

What happens if something breaks later?

Our optional care plan covers hosting, monitoring, fixes and small changes for a flat monthly fee. Without a plan, we fix problems at a fixed quote.

Is my data safe?

We use your existing accounts wherever possible, give tools only the access they need, and never use your data for anything except your project.

How long does a project take?

Most quick automations take one to three weeks. Larger tools take four to ten weeks, delivered in stages.

Do you work outside Atlanta and Detroit?

Yes. We meet in person where we can and work remotely everywhere else.
