This website is operated by Generosity Genius LLC, doing business as Fitted Works ("we" or "us"). Questions about this policy go to hello@fittedworks.com.

What we collect, and why

• Contact form. When you request an operations review, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and your message. We use it to reply and to prepare for our conversation.
• Tips signup. If you check the consent box on the calculator page, we collect your first name and email address to send occasional emails. You'll get a confirmation email first, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
• The calculator. The numbers you enter stay in your browser. We don't receive or store them.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Who can see it

The founders of Fitted Works, and the service providers that run parts of this site for us: Netlify (website hosting and form handling), Kit (our email list) and Google Workspace (our email). They may use your information only to provide their service to us.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for advertising. We don't add you to any mailing list unless you ask to be added.

Analytics and cookies

If we measure visits to this site, we use privacy-friendly analytics that count page views without cookies and without tracking you across other websites. This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep contact requests as long as we need them to work with you and for ordinary business records. We keep tips subscribers until they unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Emailhello@fittedworks.com and we'll take care of it. You can unsubscribe from tips at any time using the link in any email.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date below.
